What is an online classroom and how is it used for tutoring?
An online classroom is an e-learning tool that allows the student and their tutor to speak, chat and share an interactive whiteboard. All that's needed is a computer (PC or Mac), mouse, high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL), and a microphone and speakers (USB headset with built-in mic is recommended). 
The student logs on our website, clicks on a "Join" button to enter their classroom and meets with their tutor online.

When are tutors available?
Our tutors are available Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 10 pm . One of our Education Coordinators will work with you to schedule online learning sessions that are convenient for you.

What are your tutors' qualifications?
All Tutors / faculty are Postgraduate and Doctrate in Their Stream.

Are the sessions monitored? By whom and how often?

Yes, Head Teachers Panel from ICR Education Services and Customer Care team members routinely monitor tutoring sessions. All sessions are recorded and as a parent you may view them at any time.

How many students are in each session?
Minimum 01 and Maximum 20 with Full Attention to each students.

If I accidentally miss a scheduled session, what happened next?

All classes will record in to students account, so student can view or downloadthe class.

Is it necessary to purchase any textbooks before a session? 

Not exactly. But it will be more benifical from student point of view if he/she will come in to the session with text modules.
